Best peptide stack: how experienced users actually combine peptides safely
Stacking peptides isn't about picking the most — it's about picking complementary mechanisms with minimal overlap and clean safety signals.

Two stacking principles that matter
First: pick peptides with non-overlapping mechanisms. Two GH secretagogues stacked together rarely outperform one. BPC-157 + TB-500 stacks well because they hit different parts of the healing cascade.
Second: stack for a defined goal and a defined timeframe. 12-week cycles with bloodwork on either side are far safer than indefinite use of three or four peptides.
Three commonly-used stacks
Recovery stack: BPC-157 (250 mcg 2x daily) + TB-500 (2 mg 1–2x weekly), 4–8 weeks. Used after injury or hard training blocks.
Body recomposition stack: CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (pre-bed) + diet/training. 12 weeks. Sleep and recovery improvements often outpace direct body-comp changes.
GLP-1 weight-loss stack: semaglutide or tirzepatide as the base, with optional BPC-157 for any soft-tissue issues that emerge during weight loss. Protein and resistance training are non-negotiable.
What not to stack
Multiple GH-stimulating peptides at the same time, exogenous HGH plus secretagogues, or three healing peptides simultaneously — these stacks add cost and risk without adding meaningful benefit.
