TB-500 8-week cycle for chronic shoulder issue — results

8 weeks of TB-500 alongside continued PT for a stubborn shoulder. Honest results, no hype.

Background: 38M, chronic posterior shoulder discomfort for ~18 months. PT helped baseline but couldn't get past the last 20%. Tried BPC-157 last year with modest results.

Protocol: TB-500 5 mg loading week 1, then 2 mg twice weekly for 8 weeks. Subcutaneous, rotated sites.

Weeks 1–3: nothing obvious. Mild fatigue first week.

Weeks 4–6: range of motion noticeably easier in the morning. Reduced low-grade discomfort during heavy pressing.

Weeks 7–8: ~70% reduction in baseline discomfort. The plateau finally broke.

Side effects: nothing notable beyond mild fatigue first week. Bloodwork at start and end was clean across the board.

The morning ROM improvement was the most noticeable thing for me too. Doesn't get marketed but it's the change you actually feel.

Eight weeks is the right window. People who run longer rarely see proportionally more benefit.
