Retatrutide — anyone with early access? Reports?

Looking for honest reports from anyone running retatrutide via research channels. Curious about side effects vs tirzepatide specifically.

I've been on tirzepatide for ~5 months with good results (~15% loss) but the curiosity about retatrutide is getting louder in my circle. Phase 2 data looks remarkable.

Specifically curious: (1) is the side effect profile actually meaningfully worse than tirzepatide? (2) how aggressive does titration need to be? (3) anyone seen lab work shift in unexpected ways?

Two people in my circle. Both describe early titration as 'tirzepatide on hard mode' — same side effects but more pronounced. Both also describe faster scale movement.

Strongly recommend not chasing this until approval unless you have a clinician monitoring. The glucagon agonism component can shift glucose, lipids, and liver enzymes in ways the older GLP-1s don't.

Agree with @nordlys. The 'wait 12 more months' patience here will save people a lot of complications.
